What did you do to get this issue? I tried installing a police car as replacement
What server did you get this issue on? My own

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Also add what you already tried so far.

I have tried multiple ways of installing replacements vehicles but none work because i get the same problem.
I have tried deleting Game Cache.
