Vehicle lights not working properly

Who has some in-depth knowledge on how carvariations.meta works. I had a police vehicle I used to use, that worked fine. I haven’t had it started in my server.cfg for a while now, because I found other vehicles and recently I decided to use it again. Now when I turn on the lights they’re completley broken by flashing way outside the vehicle.
All my vehicles are addons for police. From some things I have read apparently there’s other carvariations.meta that are conflicting with this vehicle. Can anybody verify if that’s the case, and a way to fix it? Thanks for any help

here are the settings for the broken vehicle:

      <lightSettings value="1"/>
      <sirenSettings value="417"/>

make sure there isnt anything else using the same siren id or or the lights wont work

Can I just change that to a random number?

you can put any random 3 number just make sure its not allready being used … and then put the same number on the siren id in the carcols file for that car
