Vehicle Extras Don't Show Up Unless I Fix The Vehicle

What did you do to get this issue? When I try to add a vehicle component/extra sometimes it doesn’t show up on my screen until I fix the vehicle. Tried it on both TrainerV and Lamda with the same results. Other players in-game can see it if I enable it but like I said not me until I fix the vehicle.
What server did you get this issue on? My own, SoCal Cops RP… only tried it on mine

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? No, that’s not the issue

Also add what you already tried so far.
Just clearing cache, honestly don’t know what else to try
