What have you tried already to fix the issue?

Reverting drivers, installing all redistributables, compatibility mode, ending chromimun subprocess, deleted RedM app data, deleted RedM & redownloaded RedM,

What server did you get this issue on?

No server, its on launch

Malewarebytes(not actively running)

Additional comments

the game was fine before the gpu update, after reverting back did not fix the issue, PLEASE HELP!
