[Urgent] New server members have a hard time caching any servers since July 24/25's FiveM updates

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far. Reinstalled GTA5, FiveM, updated the main server files, reverted to an old version of my servers, joined other servers to see if the issue exists there as well (and it does), and I’ve removed giant resources like mpassault and mpbattle as well as chopped other resources up into smaller ones

Hi, so every time a person joins my server for the first time and don’t have cached files for my server, and I tried this myself by clearing my cache and joining my own server, they sit and download the resources for a good 2 or 3 minutes. Meanwhile, they can’t see this unless they look at the edges of their screen, but they’ve already loaded in as if nothing’s wrong and can even move around, but 99.9% of their screen is a slowly moving Downloading (Resource) (X out of total - something out of something MiB) screen that still shows the FiveM browser. However, if they relog, they see the resources download quickly, the loading screen, and everything’s normal upon their character loading in. The issue has existed since around July 24th-25th and no FiveM update seems to get rid of this issue. I can’t seem to figure out what’s causing it, whether it’s just a resource that is screwing everything up or if it’s something beyond my knowledge. Any help is deeply appreciated, as you’ll be helping a ton of people that haven’t spoken up about this issue. Thanks!

sounds like an upload speed issue from the server to the client, have any additional logs?

Can you provide a log of one of these people experiencing this game issue, at the time they’re experiencing it? It might be CEF doesn’t process status updates fast enough to be able to have the loading screens disappear in time.

The last FiveM update right before Build 1365 released today fixed my issue. The downloading resources counter is working and the F8 menu is synced with it again.
