What did you do to get this issue? first install its work, after a couple game it crash and when I try to start it happen.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes I did.

Also add what you already tried so far. reinstall windows10, double click fivem.exe and doubleclick again it kinnda work but after update it popup a message "could not load CitizenGame.dll. Try to install to another folder and still got that problem (update loop)
