Update Error, CurlCode 18

I have update problem. I downloaded the game again(GTA5) and I tried lots of times install FiveM and Updating failed with CurlCode 18 error message.

GTA V version? [1.46]
Up to date? Yes
**Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club?: Steam
Windows version? Windows 10 Home
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Haven’t any caches file in FiveM

System specifications GTX950, İ5 6500, 16GB ram
What did you do to get this issue? I used to play the game for a long time 3-4 month ago. But now it doesn’t happen when I try again.
What server did you get this issue on?
CitizenFX.log file I dont have this file too…
.dmp files/report IDs I dont have any .dmp file.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? I have only windows defender and I tried.

Also I tried reset my computer, internet, reinstall FiveM and delete inside Local FiveM folders. I searched for hours, but I didn’t get any results.

You are having an issue with your network. Make sure you disable any web filters, anti-virus, and firewall software. If that doesn’t work, use a VPN like https://hide.me/. If you are from Turkey, use a VPN. Your Internet provider or Cloudflare is blocking FiveM in your country.
