What is the issue you’re having? Terrible FPS since I started playing FiveM 2 years ago, and always constantly have 100% CPU Usage. My graphics settings are all based around best performance rather than best looking, and everything is turned to the minimum or off.

What are you trying to do? I am trying to reduce my CPU Usage, and boost my FPS a little bit as it is unplayable due to constantly having 10-20 FPS.

What have you tried already to fix the issue? I have gone through my game settings a countless times to make sure there is not anything I am missing, I have completely emptied out my Laptop so there is a lot of space in my storage, I have even downloaded a citizen folder from the forums which is supposed to boost FPS for low end PCs. I have tried to downgrade to Windows 7, and have then upgraded back to windows 10, and have since reinstalled windows 2 times hoping it would help with my issue. Other games run perfectly smooth on high graphics.

I am not so knowledgeable when it comes to PC stuff, so any help will be appreciated. If you require anything else from me, please ask me I will gladly do so. I really wish to play FiveM and enjoy it however since I started playing FiveM, I have been playing on terrible FPS despite 100s of attempts from myself and others to find a solution to my problem. Playing with such problems literally makes it unplayable for me. ANY help will be appreciated.

It seems as your pcs specs are in the lower tier rather than mid tier, which can be a reason you’re experiencing such low fps. A 2 core cpu I can imagine would struggle with base game GTA 5 alone, but now you throw in all the added in content in fivem servers and your pc is barely chugging along. I’m also sure the 2gb vram from the 920m isn’t much help either. I think your computer is trying its best to run the game as good as it can, but your pc specs seem to be getting dated and cant keep up with fivem’s constannt updates and improvements.

I appreciate your reply. Do you have any suggestions as to what I can do to maximize my performance with given specs? ANYTHING you can suggest? Specific tweaks to my graphic settings, or specific graphic mods or something of that sort?
