Uninstalling FiveM (Open in Another Program)

What did you do to get this issue? I tried deleting all the files involving FiveM

I’ve found maybe 5 locations of FiveM, some even lodged into folders of my f.lux program. When trying to delete or remove the programs it always stops me, warning that the program is open elsewhere. I’ve made sure processes have all ended, I even uninstalled GTA to be sure there wasn’t something wrong there.

Any assistance would be helpful, I see this is a common issue so I apologize in advance, I simply can’t find a route that will work for me.

Finally got it to work. Had to uninstall F.lux. Curious why that was even necessary but glad its over.
