Unable to see player ID's, and unable to interact

Does anybody know why the whole server has ID issues, the ID doesnt show up on the scoreboard, and the vicinity doesnt work as well. I am unable to interact with the police menu to other players.
Does anone have experience with this?

Change the loops in the scoreboard resource to iterate over >32 players.
