I have tried uninstalling GTAV, FiveM, forwarding FiveM Ports (both 30120 and 30110), restarting steam, restarting all programs, restarting computer, rolling back update (of which windows will not NOT let me have), tried running GTAV in admin mode (and was told by the program itself that it wouldn’t fix anything).
I will update when I get off from work, but no I didn’t try any of the other servers. I have to force kill it everytime it gets like that. Could that be the cause of the connection error?

I fixed my issue, maybe this could help you. Windows defender is you have it enabled in makes you approvel certain applications to work to its “trying to protect you”. I turned mine off and I loaded into a my server just fine
Alright, so I have tried a couple servers and I load up into them, but not Magic. I tried deleting my DigitalEntitlements folder and my %appdata%\CitizenFX\ros_id.dat file and still nothing. I have opened my ports on my computer and router and have tried the fix MannyR mentioned. Nothing.
It seems to have rectified itself. I am completely lost as to the reason as I wanted to post the solution to help others in the same situation. But here we are. Thank you all for helping me at any rate!
