What is the issue you’re having?

Server->client connection timed out. Pending commands: 95. What have you tried already to fix the issue?

Do these 5 steps first

  1. Clear FiveM cache

Press Win + R, paste:

%localappdata%\FiveM\FiveM.app\data

Delete:

cache
server-cache
server-cache-priv

Don’t delete game-storage.

  1. Reset your network

Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run these one at a time:

ipconfig /flushdns
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset

Then restart your PC.

  1. Turn off Windows proxy

Go to:

Settings → Network & Internet → Proxy

Set:

Automatically detect settings → ON
Use a proxy server → OFF

If you have a VPN, turn it off too.

  1. Allow FiveM through Firewall

Go to:

Windows Security → Firewall & network protection → Allow an app through firewall

Make sure FiveM is allowed on your active network.

  1. Test with your phone hotspot

This is the most important test.

Connect Windows 11 to your phone’s hotspot → open FiveM → join Grand RP.

  1. First test your network

Completely close FiveM and GTA.

Then:

Restart your PC.
Restart your router.
Turn OFF any VPN/proxy.
If you’re on Wi-Fi, connect your PC to your phone hotspot temporarily.
Launch FiveM and try Grand RP again.

If hotspot works: your normal Wi-Fi/router/ISP connection is likely the problem.

If hotspot also fails: continue below.

  1. Clear FiveM cache

Press Win + R and enter:

%localappdata%\FiveM\FiveM.app\data

Delete these folders if present:

cache
server-cache
server-cache-priv

Don’t delete the entire FiveM folder.

Restart FiveM and test again.

  1. Disable overlays/background programs

Before starting FiveM, close things such as:

Discord overlay
MSI Afterburner/RivaTuner
AMD overlay
Xbox Game Bar
screen-recording software
unnecessary launchers

Then try Grand RP again.

  1. Check Windows Firewall

Go to:

Windows Security → Firewall & network protection → Allow an app through firewall

Make sure FiveM and GTA V are allowed on your active network.

Don’t permanently disable Windows Firewall.

  1. Verify GTA V files

If you’re using Steam/Epic/Rockstar Launcher, run its Verify/Repair game files option.

Then restart the PC and test Grand RP.

  1. Very important: check whether it’s only Grand RP

Try connecting to another FiveM server.

Other servers work + Grand RP fails → very likely Grand RP/server-specific or something involving its resources.
Every server fails → focus on your FiveM/network/PC.
Grand RP fails for many players at the same time → likely server-side.
