Filepath to FiveM folder U:\FiveM

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes to both

Tried verifying game files through Steam, adding firewall exceptions, launching as admin, the FiveM.dev.exe thing, multiple reboots, messing with the antivirus, plain old waiting

Forgot to mention, http://runtime.fivem.net/client/ loads just fine in my browser

It seems I’ve found the cause of this. Turns out your (master server?) IP address is in the Russian blocked IP registry. I do wonder if this can be resolved somehow
