Unable to find SteamID. what do i do?

when i try to join a srewer this shows up. Unable to find SteamID, please relaunch FiveM with steam open or restart FiveM & Steam if steam is already open. i try to restart steam, FiveM, PC, unisnstall Fivem and its still dont work what do i do to repair the problem ?
