Do you mean that they pop-up during the loading screen and disappear after? Because I don’t know better than that. It’s pretty common with poorly made HTML scripts.
If they stay on even after the loading process is done then you’d have to look into the NUI Focus, maybe doesn’t get set back to false properly.

If it only happens to 1% of your players then I can’t imagine this being a problem from your side. Maybe someone has the same issue.
