Tuner build and Cayo perico

I recently upgraded to the latest gta dlc build, the tuner update, however since doing this my cayo island has vanished , is there a way to have cayo island on the tuner build ?

If you want to enable Cayo Perico island, you need to set your server build to 2189 or higher and load the IPL: Resource
