Trying to do serverside handling, "Couldn't load resource handling"

I’m trying to add Alexander Blade’s Classic Handling mod server-side, everything probably works but I can’t connect to the server, instead after downloading the resources it just says “couldn’t load resource handling”. Any ideas?
