Its been occuring the whole time and I havent been able to play on any FiveM server yet, Im just troubleshooting to find the issue.

-Reinstalling FiveM (As a portable and as a static program)
-Reinstalling GTA5 to a different Hard Drive
-Running in windows 8 compatibility mode
-Uninstalling all antivirus
-Reinstalling Social Club
