What kind of vehicles are you trying to add. The guide you’re linking to is a guide to addon vehicles that are not allready a part of the game.
If you just want to replace lets say police, police2 or police3, then you are using the wrong guide and should be using this instead:
don’t care if it’s replacing or adding on to game, as long as my clients can access them freely
