Tried to reinstall / Getting error (22) occurred while checking the bootstrapper version

**Steam/CD/Social Club? Steam
**Windows version? Win 10
**Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Deleted FiveM folder in App Data and shortcut

**System specifications 6 core AMD and GTX 1070
**What did you do to get this issue? I deleted the FiveM folder to get rid of a mod and start fresh
**What server did you get this issue on? NA
**CitizenFX.log file NA
**.dmp files/report IDs NA

Also add what you already tried so far. I downloaded the exe file and it doesnt work

Its working now. FiveM must hae had some issues but resolved them.
