Tried installing graphics pack and now my game doesnt stay open when logged in with steam

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? Dont use one just microsoft one
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes . and tried authorizing to let them through

What is the issue you’re having?
I went to download a graphics pack and followed a video my buddy used to do his . and for whatever reason mine crapped out .
What are you trying to do?
Ive deleted cache , ive deleted fivem and gta and reinstalled both, deleted the replaced files from the graphics pack and relaunched, Game only launches for some reason when im not logged into steam.
What have you tried already to fix the issue?
Just about everything i could find on youtube in regards to crashing clients. But basically summed up in the answer above.

If i dont click anything and just let it be i get this error , other wise it just crashes without any error.

What did you do to get this issue?
Tried to install a graphics pack. that worked for my friend and has been using for awhile now.
What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!
My game when logged into steam lasts 2-3 seconds before freezing and eventually unresponding. but without being logged into steam . my game doesnt crash at all.

Additional comments

When not logged in steam i can browse servers and use the fivem client freely but obviously cant get on any servers . so when logging into steam and restarting fivem my game crashes within 3 seconds.

remove whatever mod you tried installing and then verify your game files.

Ive deleted every mod in my folder and verified files multiple times now. And it was a graphics pack so it was just audio and Shaders mostly.
