I think that’s actually pretty easy to make yourself:
Make an area around every trashcan and if you press E or Arrow right you do this animations:
lib = "mini@repair", anim = "fixing_a_ped"
Or you can search a better animation.

This is a script that makes you able to retrieve bottles from all trashbins around the map, you then sell them for a small price at the mall in the ghetto. Positions are changed in Coordinates table.
