Timeout error when joining any server

Legit or Pirate copy: Legit

Windows version: Windows 10
Did you try to delete content_index.xml and try again? Yes, didn’t work
System specifications: RTX 3070, 16GB, I7 8700
CitizenFX crash zip file (‘Save information’ on a crash):
Am not getting this crash information, and dont have a .zip file in my folder

Dont know where to find this, if it’s necessary please let me know where to find it.

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?
Norton 360

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
No, i tried to whitelist fiveM but i haven’t tried it with the firewall off.

FiveM times out after about 10 minutes when trying to join any server

  • Whitelisted fiveM on my firewall
  • Reinstalled fiveM
  • Restarted my PC
  • Removed content_index.htm
  • Checked the logs

(Probably has something to do with my pc as im getting the issue on every server i try to join)

What did you do to get this issue?
I tried to join a server, and it came up with this error, i didn’t change anything in my pc or firewall. I played on a server about 5 minutes before and when i came back i kept getting this error.

What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!
The issue occured on BUSTED EU#2
I tried joining BUSTED EU#1, Carolina State RP #1 and RSM Freeroam #1, on all of these servers i got the same error.
