**Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? It never effected it before.
Also add what you already tried so far.
I uninstalled and reinstalled FiveM, same issue. It gives me the Timeout after 15 second, and to debug a bunch of numbers. I took the screenshot on Steam, but can not find it.
