System specifications i7 4790K, GTX 770 4GB, 16GB RAM, 120GB SSD, Game is on 1TB HDD
What did you do to get this issue? Spawned in, played for a while, it stutters very badly freezes and after its froze after about 10-15 seconds it disconnects me, I see Russian writing with timed out after 10 seconds. Also have texture issues, the map doesn’t load in sometimes and on RP servers I have fallen through the map in a loop.
What server did you get this issue on? Every server, can say for sure it happens on RottenV.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Don’t have an anti-virus.
Also add what you already tried so far.
Downgraded to Windows 7. That’s when this started. Upgraded back to Windows 10 and it has carried over.
Tried the game on my other HDD same issue.
Downloaded the game again, verified the files.
Lowered my game settings. Nothing helps. It also stutters in the none FiveM GTAV but doesn’t crash or freeze. Has only recently started, GPU usage is normal, as is CPU usage, Temperatures are also normal
