Hey is there reason why on my VPS me and my friends get (Timed Out) ? its really annoying

Could be anything. Let’s dive in: VPS speed. VPS Internet Speed. Your internet speed. Your friends internet speed. A resource being a bad resource. A good resource slowly drifting to the dark side. A script that was inefficiently written and is causing issues.

And i also get that timeout where it kicks out the whole lobby im on the server for like 5 minutes

That error is coming from a resource called fivemqueue (my release), I see they are running it. Contact the server owner and ask them to increase the amount of time they have set for their loading period in configuration. The issue is you are not loading into the server within the amount of time they have set and being kicked. This could be the number of resources and/or custom vehicles being downloaded is taking too long for you.
