Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far. Reinstalling fivem, restarting, restarting router… everything but reinstalling GTA for the 17th fucking time.

first off, Fivem requires a clean installation of GTA5 “you say you re-installed GTA5 but you still got an mods folder?”

secondly, does this happen on more then one server? if not try contacting the server owner about the problem.

This happens on all server that i have tested it on, and the mods folder was empty… validating files now
