Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

I’m confused, do you have a problem running GTA V or FiveM?

Well in that case the first step is to get GTA V working normally, try verifying the game files or re-installing the game. If that doesn’t help contact rockstart for support. When GTA V is working try re-installing FiveM, if that doesn’t work then get back here and we’ll try to help.
