The Tycoons the place where you can and will build you next business empire and also my next ambitious server. I searched far and wide for PvE servers that had good business management and found nothing thus The Tycoons was born.
Want to play GTA Online to manage business but sick of having to be a criminal? Look no further now you can enjoy the business grind with having to look over your shoulder. Manage AI employees, Stock levels, Security, and multiple businesses at the same time.
Everything on this server is homemade, and there’s no MTX what so ever.

Disclaimer: While this server is still receiving updates and is a work in progress there is well over 100 hours worth of content (grinding)

or click this link ( Cfx.re Server List ) , apply and you will be accepted pretty quickly. Or you can wait a few hours and the server will be open to anyone.

Minor Updates
Corporations
• Fixed an issue that allow you to enter any corporation builder
• Added rooftop and garage entrances for each corp location
YT Player
• Added YT player with /yt or /youtube to play private music for yourself (supports YT playlist and you can create your own playlist in-game)
• YT player and be minimized and you can adjust the size as well. Tycoon Addict
• Added /verify which will check your playtime hours and if you have over 100 hours then you will receive the Tycoon Addict role if your apart of the discord.
Bug Fixes
• Business sales w/o employees not working
• Player names with emojis wont have an account created due to emojis in the name
• Achievement’s sending duplicate achievements to discord
• Account creating giving incorrect default stats
• Vehicle delivery giving vehicle reward even if failing
• Vehicle delivery giving failed delivery location
• Fixed Achievement money counting to only count correct amounts towards achievement
HUD
• Added Cash/Bank HUD that can be toggled on/off in the settings
• Added Time HUD that can be toggled on/off in the settings
Companions
• Added Pets that will follow you and ride along with you inside your vehicle • Added ability to issue pet commands, change pet type, and set your pets name
• Use /petmenu or press Z and use the interaction menu
Garbage Collector Activity has been added , this activity only gaines XP
Trash Compactor : When the trash truck is full you can press G to compact the trash for a small xp boost and to clear up more space.
Dump : At any point you can empty your trash truck here and claim your xp
Offline : All your trash truck items are saved and persist between restarts/relogs
Dumpsters : There’s refill based on the amount of players doing the trash job. The blips will change colors indicating different fill statuses , Red = full, Yellow = low ,and Green = full
Compatible with ALL trash trucks.
How to start: Get in your trash truck, go to any of the dumpster locations, collect trash, take it back to the dump and earn xp.

Vehicle Shop / Vehicle Delivery
Trailers now require level 100 to buy from the vehicle shop (can still buy them off other players though)
New trash truck has been added , also added to commercial vehicle delivery
Idle Activities
You can now afk and earn small amounts of xp
You will also earn xp towards that idle activity, higher levels increase your xp gain
Idle activity setting in F5 settings which will activate your idle activity when you idle
Manually triggering idle with /idle gaming or /idle music
Added achievements for Idle Activates
Warehouse
Added a conversion calculation button when buying warehouse items so you can easily get the correct amount.
Vehicle Trunks
Now vehicle rarities will apply a trunk bonus (can be viewed in your garage)
Banking
Added quick amounts for deposit and withdraw to quickly withdraw or deposit
Youtube Player
Updated the Load, Add to playerlist buttons to hide when a video is playing. And they are also collapse able.
Bug fixes
Fixed an issue where you could sell your business due to the bank having (cents)
Fixed an issue that allowed you to sell your first business
Fixed fuel not saving after storing vehicles (needs continuous testing and monitoring)
Fixed addon vehicle names not appearing correctly in the garage
Snow weather removed due to ugliness (not a bug obviously)
Fixed bus routes not reloading after a relog
Fixed an issue where pets were not despawning when a player disconnected
Fixed an issue where levels and playtime was not being counted towards achievements
Added ability to spawn vehicle locked on unlocked via settings in the garage
Fleet Vehicles
New corporation perk Fleet Vehicles (this allows members to put 1 vehicle that they own into the fleet, then other memebers can borrow this vehicle and drive, spawn, store,access the trunk. (they cannot sell or modify the vehicle)
Borrowed vehicles will appear in your garage like normal.
Vehicle owners , Founders, or Co-Founders can remove fleet vehicles from the corporation
Player Titles
Formula for this was adjusted for prestiege
Bug Fixes
Virtual trailers no supports 6 trailers instead of 5
Washington sedan is now listed under sedans in the vehicle shop
Business UI will no longer open when employee training has completed
Pearl conversion is not “sitting” on the ground instead of flying like superman
Top speed of vehicles fixed (this fix has been in for a while now)
Community goals are group goals that everyone in the server can participate in. Check for the star icons on the map, head to them, load up and deliver!
/cgoals will allow you to view the UI for community goals
Cargo Bob5 (Additional trunk upgrades)
This now supports an additional 4 upgrades (req: money, playtime, and levels)
Vehicle Shop
Rarity is now shows in the vehicle sell back list
Vehicle Garage
You can now favorite vehicles in the garage
Vehicle Transfers - allows you to give vehicles to another player that is online
Trucky
This now has its own unlimited storage so you can claim your rewards and collect the items whenever you want
Weapons Shop
Invalid weapons can now be refunded at the refund point
Weapons Marketplace allows you to list and sell weapons to other players
Bug Fixes
Fixed vehicle extras & liveries not loading when vehicle spawned
