An incident at Humane Labs triggered a classified containment failure on the east side of the city.
Official statements called it a research accident.
Emergency broadcasts called it temporary.
Within 48 hours, the entire population of Los Santos was ordered to evacuate.
No details.
No timeline.
No guarantees.
Hazardous materials spread through key districts. Military quarantine zones appeared overnight. Communication from inside the city was cut.
Los Santos was sealed.
For years, the public received filtered updates about cleanup and reconstruction.
Behind the scenes, three powerful business figures merged their empires under one name:
Cerberus.
They funded the cleanup.
They purchased damaged infrastructure.
They absorbed failing corporations.
By the time Los Santos reopened…
Cerberus didn’t just rebuild the city.
They owned it.
Public services now operate under Cerberus funding.
Import channels, utilities, distribution networks, and media all trace back to the same corporate seal.

Vehicle specialist focusing on tuning, racing systems, and script development.
Dominique Kaylock
Manages housing systems, city decoration, server management, rules, and Discord.
Daniel Carter – Owner
Oversees the server and manages scripting and technical development.
Their shared vision was to build a community centered around:
