You guys are doing amazing work!! I havenât tested it yet but for an update that came out literally a few hours back, thatâs impressive.
Does anyone know if the latest artifacts are stable? Theyâre definitely not recommendedâŚ

For information, the version you have here surely been copied from another server or creator. Certainly, this is accessible to all, but I find it quite a shame to appropriate it.
To tell you the different bugs and others of this island. You should know that this does not have a dlc to put on your fivem server but a stream folder.
This is still in beta and everyone is trying to make the island look flawless.
For snow vehicle bugs, the area where the island is located and the area where there is north yankton island, so in the gta5 process, vehicles that spawn are supposed to be snow.
Then, there is some problem of collisions in some places, it is because of the fact that files seem in collisions or that the IPL is incorrectly declared
For water, we are trying to upload the new file that gta made and stream it
There are other bugs that will be fixed here.

The island is located at the bottom right of the main island, towards the docks.
It is right next to the dlc of the aircraft carriers

Hey man, cant thank you enough for your fast updates 
So I just tested it and I found another little bug that didnât happen with your first version.
FPS drops when you look at a specific direction, north-west of the island, wherever you stand.
I see the parmela in the middle of the road

yes I do have polyzone requirements, that was before, I have yet to try it with the updated Cayo Perico map!

bro, chill the duck down. it is literally rockstarâs asset. itâs not important who converted it, since he doesnât hold any intelectual rights or whatever over it because he didnât even made it in the first place.
but i see that you are clearly jealous, i guess you wanted to get all that bread, or been planing to convert it and charge 50 bucks like you do with your mlos even outside fivem forums and tebex which is clearly against tos?
