There isn’t much to say. You get to do whatever you desire because you can grab anything you want. Drifting from a mountain to relax from a long day, spawning in a cargo plane to do some dumb stunts from, and of course a car meeting that happens somewhat 24/7. Just be sure to lower your graphics settings or have a lot of RAM, because trust me, the amount of custom cars people use there will break your world rendering. Regardless, the world is yours. The only real limit is your creativity.
