got banned by their anticheat for customising a vehicle. Higher up staff (director) instantly denied my ban appeal seconds after I submitted it - didn’t even ellaborate on why I was banned just simply said denied. Also cant even ask on the status of the ban appeal. They simply do not care about the playerbase.
