Since we receive a lot of ‘error messages’ we like to introduce a format for you to use when posting one. This format needs to be used and without providing the proper information we can’t offer you the right support. The form you will be using is as follows;

Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again?
Error screenshot (if any)
System specifications
What did you do to get this issue?
What server did you get this issue on?

.dmp files/report IDs

If an issue with starting:

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Also add what you already tried so far.

Please also describe the issue you are having, providing as much information as possible will help us to help you. A good format you could use: what have you tried to do, what did you expect to happen and what actually happened.

If you aren’t able to provide any of the above things don’t worry but tell us why you are unable to supply proper info.
