Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes
Also add what you already tried so far.I reinstalled FiveM and iam not ready to do this again because I struggled doing it . tried to disable SuperFetch and Windows Search services and ofc restarted my pc a lot . but one thing all the solutions share that some programs cause this to happen
Note : once I open FiveM system disk usage immediately goes to 100% and it goes back to it’s normal rate when fiveM is closed
