Support portal Sign In causes ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Description

Whenever I try to sign in to the Cfx support/request portal, I immediately end up with ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS.

This happens regardless of whether I am already signed into my Cfx account beforehand or whether I sign in during the process.

The issue is consistently reproducible and prevents me from accessing my existing support requests entirely.

Expected behavior

After clicking Sign In and authenticating with my Cfx account, I should be redirected back to the support portal and be able to view my existing/open requests.

Actual behavior

After signing in, the authentication flow enters a redirect loop and the browser eventually displays:

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

As a result, I cannot access the support portal or view any of my existing requests.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open the Cfx support/request portal.

  2. Click Sign In.

  3. Sign in with a Cfx account, or already be signed into the Cfx account beforehand.

  4. The page enters a redirect loop.

  5. Browser eventually returns ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS.

Additional information

I have reproduced this across multiple browsers and also in private/incognito mode. The behavior is always the same.

This is particularly problematic because I recently received an email informing me that one of my support tickets had been closed, but I cannot access the request portal to see which ticket it was or review its status/history.

I also currently have requests related to my Cfx Marketplace application, and because the request portal is inaccessible, I cannot check their current status either.

This does not appear to be related to a specific browser session or cached login state, since it also occurs in fresh private browsing sessions.

Hi, we’ve made some changes to your account, could you please attempt to authenticate with our support website again?

Working now, thank you!
