What happened to support? Are the emails and contact forms placeholders with no actual humans behind it?
There’s no way to contact the staff.
Reports and tickets seem to get deleted without dignifying us with a reply or reason.
You have terms of service, but your compliance contact doesn’t work.
You have server report pages but you don’t read them or reply to us.
This situation is extremely unfair for everyone involved.
There are people behind it. Compliance has never responded to reports and likely never will. You are not entitled to any response for reports either.
Me going to the discord every time there is a wave of server terminations watching all the server owners complain and ask why they were terminated for violating the PLA.
Then the one person who says nothing happens because they aren’t allowed the full details of a server they don’t own.
Seems to be an ongoing issue. My release posts keep getting rejected
