I subscribed to the element club and linked my discord account with this Cfx.re account, however, I still haven’t received any roles and can’t post anything on discord’s Bazaar channel for example.
As discussed on Discord, the issue is known. You are not the only one with the issue. The relevant team is already aware; however, it’s clearly not a priority for them at this time.
Thinking they are going to manually give roles for every single person is funny…
As mentioned previously, feel free to pay for my monthly subscription or please do not get involved with my request for support. Saying things like “your request is not a priority”, “it’s a known issue and nobody cares”, “lots of people have the same issue it’s not just you” add nothing meaningful to people who are actually paying for a monthly subscription.
The moment you start paying for people’s subscription, I guarantee you people will take your opinion into consideration in terms of what is a priority and what is not. While you don’t do that, please refrain from adding noise to support requests if it won’t truly help anyone.
Sorry you are so upset about getting help and not liking the response you’ve been told.
If you’re going to quote me, at least make it accurate. Most responses are not meaningful; however, they are true (whether you want to accept it or not).
Sorry you are too broke to afford it yourself, as mentioned previously as well.
If you don’t like people responding, don’t post in public where people can respond
No, just people who can actually understand that know have info on this and that it’s not an opinion when we reported this over 3 months ago. Unless you think you need more than 3 months to figure out what is priority or not after something being reported.
Their priority is FiveM for GTA V Enhanced as you can see by nothing else happening other than patches for it.
Whether you like the response or not it is help as people can know that it is an actual issue outside of their control and it has been reported.
Regarding this issue, support told me they currently unable resolve it and suggested me to contact Tebex support. This seems to be a hint that I should/can request refund, otherwise, I don’t see how Tebex could help, given that the problem is purely technical and can only be fixed by CFX themselves.
An update on the current situation. I have been in contact with Tebex, and their response is as follows.
Thanks for reaching back out and providing those details.
Looking into our records, our system shows that the webhook sent to deliver your subscription ran correctly on our end. Because the webhook executed as expected, the issue with receiving your Discord roles lies on Cfx’s side, as they are currently experiencing the technical difficulties handling the integration.
Please reach out to Cfx support once more and ask them to fix the delivery issue on their end. If they are unable to assist or resolve the issue, simply reply back to this message with a copy or screenshot of their response so we can step in and take further action for you.
