Stuck when loading in server

solutions:
stuck when i try join in server.
i have tried everything. reinstall fivem and gtav.
deleted caches.xml.
deleted folders inside cache folder except game.
restarted computer.
changed internet.
changed priority
i dont know what i need to do. HELP

Up to date?/yes
Legit or Pirate copy?/legit
Steam/CD/Social Club?/steam
Windows version?/windows 10 64bit professional
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?/nope i will try
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again?/yes

Hello, you posted in the wrong section.

I believe your problem is due because of your name “Käyttäjä” as it does have accent on the a “ä”.
FiveM doesn’t allow accent on letters.
Try to move your FiveM folder to an other place or you can also rename your session name.
