Important parts

**What is the issue you’re having? The program launches, but then gets stuck on the Vinewood cityscape page. I will click on it and it brings up the explorer window for setting up a server, installation guide, etc.

**What are you trying to do? Launch the program.

**What have you tried already to fix the issue? Uninstalled, reinstalled, uninstalled and reinstalled GTA. Turned off all anti-virus and firewalls, deleted suggested folders. Set program to run off of dedicated GPU.
