Stuck on "Use 4 and 6 to rotate view."

Hello! I’m new to FiveM and ESX. I was creating a private server for fun. After installing these resources I get a thing when I join saying “Use 4 and 6 to rotate view.”

You need to start the UI elements of esx BEFORE any other scripts.
I see the [UI] folder in your screenshot I was never able to successfully get them to start from that folder.
Put them in the root of your resources folder and adjust your server.cfg to

start es_extended
start esx_menu_dialog
start esx_menu_default
start esx_menu_list

start script a
start script b
