Stuck on server loading on every server

Im stuck on loading screen on every server. Often, there are no pictures or music that should be in servers loading screen. Also i cannot see servers on my list. About 3 weeks ago everything was normal, then after 2 days my fivem broke. And to this day I couldnt find any fix for that.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? yes

Also add what you already tried so far.
Reinstalling fivem, veryfing gta v, restarting internet, restarting computer, restarting fivem ofc, changing system compatibility, setting high priority of fivem, using vpn , changing steam account, playing singleplayer before loading fivem, connecting through console updating drivers, direcx too.
