Stuck on infinite "Loading server variables"

What is the issue you’re having?

For about 3-4 weeks now, I have been trying to get into any RedM server, but I keep getting met with an error when I try to load up any server. I get into the loading screen and the game crashes, and then I am infinitely stuck on “loading server variables” until it states my connection failed.

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

I have tried everything to fix this: clearing the caches, reinstalling RedM, and RDR2, I even fully wiped my PC just to try and get it to work and nothing. Disabling my firewall has not helped either, and using a VPN only gets me into the loading screen consistently, but it crashes afterwards.
