What did you do to get this issue? Join a server. (I have tried others)
What server did you get this issue on? All of them.
CitizenFX.log file ?
.dmp files/report IDs ?

Also add what you already tried so far.

Reinstalled the game (x2)
2.Cleared Cache
Turned off firewall
Restarted steam
Turned off antivirus.

Disable windows defender or use VPN.also try another server

Mostly Another Server was the issue, if you click solution on the @CRena posted, it will mark the thread as solved
