Hello I am writing this issue on behalf of my friend. Basically, we both have Red Dead Online and have decided to try RedM. We both own it on steam and they have played briefly for about 30 minutes. Once we both donwloaded RedM, installed it properly and booted it, I was able to load into servers but they were not. No matter how long we waited they stayed stuck in a loading screen of black and white pictures. I have tried EVERYTHING to help them, gone through the entire forum, looked through videos, reinstalled the RedM application EVERYTHING. I have literally no idea what it could possibly be. And I doubt it has to do with it being Red Dead Online because that is the only version I own and I load in just fine.

I have seen people with the same issue talk about having this message:
“Network connected, triggering initial game load. . .”

Occasionally they will aslo get the ugc body error thing message where it repeats letters.

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP, we have been trying to fix this for the past 2 days and have not even a single idea as to why this is happening.

Do it. Try reboot your machine. And start again. If it repeat. Clean your cache and all things from these servers you tried connect. I suppose it’s fix. If not, the process is the same, progressive. Uninstall your redm and your rdr2 too. and… do while true.
