Hey man i tried to turn off shadow play but i dont seem to have it in GeFore Experience for some reason. i turn off a setting called overlay and booted up FiveM but still getting the same issue i will send you the current CitizenFX.log (163.2 KB)

There was no unfriendly attitude. I simply stated right where to find his reply and what he did to fix his issue… Since when did that become unfriendly? Should consider gaining a thicker skin for the world wide web…

The proper thing to do would have been to make a support topic with the needed information from the support template.
Try creating your own topic 
Other people will reply in there and we will try to find a fix
I fixed it myself through trial and error, I had already made a topic and got literally no help
