Streaming custom rims

Hello,
I have attempted to stream some custom rims to the server.
I have looked over it and i cant see my mistake, however there is more than likely one as they dont work.
Here is my folder, and it is added in the .yml
Any help is appreciated thanks.

Still have not managed to get this working. Are these even possible to stream?
