Is it true that on a server with 10-8 player slots I can stream clothes for free?

Yes, if you set your server to 8 (maybe 10 now, unsure on the exact number) or fewer slots you don’t need any element club to stream clothes etc. This is primarily done to allow for development on localhost without the need to pay.
