Stream cars/models/etc , hosted in some cloud, like google drive

i was wondering if is possible, to stream cars,peds, clothes etc, from a cloud like google drive or any service like that, i have a low upstream bandwith , and thats the issue

i dont mean a vps, i mean start the resources in my server and the cliente will get the addon from a external drive service

or if there is some example to accomplish
