Is there a way or a mod where you can stop the cars from naturally spawning in on that location? Me and my friends and acouple more are using Zap hosting and how could we implement that into zap hosting? can someone please help? im just wanting to get the mission row PD clear and the premium car dealership (aka simeons dealership) clear and clean.
